Major Electrical Installations Underway Across the UK

We’re pleased to announce that electrical installation works are now underway, or about to begin, on several significant projects across the country. These key developments, located in Mansfield, Bristol, Lutterworth, and Chippenham, represent a combined electrical contract value exceeding £13 million.

Here’s a snapshot of the exciting projects currently in progress:

SAP 4, Bristol
A 330-bedroom student accommodation scheme for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd, this development is progressing well and remains on track for completion in early 2026.

Mansfield Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC)
Working alongside Kier Construction, this newly commenced project will bring vital healthcare services to the local area. Target completion is scheduled for Spring 2026.

Practical Training Centre, Lutterworth
A forward-thinking education facility for Clegg Group Limited, this project is advancing rapidly and is expected to complete later this year.

Siemens Mobility Factory, Chippenham
A landmark £100m investment by Siemens, this factory is being delivered in partnership with Bowmer and Kirkland’s Industrial & Logistics Division. Construction is well underway, with Morecrofts’ electrical works set to begin in June and complete by late 2025/early 2026.
